The ship was hit by a Tockha-U missile. Ukraine claimed back in 24 March that they had struck and sunk the Orsk, the same class as the Saratov. Russia claims that the ship was scuttled by its crew to prevent its munitions from exploding. Russia now claims that the ship has been salvaged. It is the first time Russia has confirmed the Ukrainian strike from March.
