The figures shown are based onOECD
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD; french: Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques, ''OCDE'') is an intergovernmental organisation with 38 member countries, founded in 1961 to stimulate e ...
measures and definitions of international aid. Note that "official aid" in this period was zero, the category having been discontinued in 2005. Amounts are in "current U.S. dollars", i.e. amounts paid at the time, not adjusted for later or earlier inflation or currency movements.
