Condura Croatica

In 1966, remains of two ships were accidentally found by the port of Nin, which, in 1974, were taken out and transferred to
Zadar Zadar ( , ; historically known as Zara (from Venetian and Italian: ); see also other names), is the oldest continuously inhabited Croatian city. It is situated on the Adriatic Sea, at the northwestern part of Ravni Kotari region. Zadar ser ...
to restore and conserve the remains. Through radiocarbon dating, it was established that these ships sailed from the end of 11th century to the start of 12th century.
