History

Global TV was originally established on 22 March 1999 by joint-venture of formerly government-backed Islamic association ICMI and ''The International Islamic Forum for Science, Technology and Human Resource'' (IIFTIHAR) under the company name PT Global Investasi Bermutu (GIB). The network was intended for Islamic
