Gag Concert

''Gag Concert'' ( ko, 개그콘서트) was a South Korean sketch-comedy television show more commonly known as ''Gag Con'' ( ko, 개콘). It began airing on September 4, 1999 and aired its last episode on June 26, 2020, making it South Korea's longest-running comedy show.

The show was recorded on Wednesdays and aired on KBS 2TV on Sundays at 9:15 PM. The show airs with English subtitles two weeks after it airs on KBS World TV on Saturdays at 6:00 PM.

This skit started with the title ''"Mansour 만수르"'' on July 13, 2014 but was only broadcast on KBS2 and not broadcast on KBS World's channel due to the risk of offending their international audience. Furthermore, it was reported that a complaint had been put forward – that the Korean audience may associate the name ''Mansour'' with the deputy prime minister of the UAE, Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan which could risk South Korea's relationship with the UAE. Hence, on 27 July 2014, the title was changed to "''Eoksour 억수르''"; a play on the original title (Mansour) which meant ten thousand and was upgraded to hundred million (Eoksour). On 7 September 2014, John Park appeared as a guest for Chuseok special.
