Professional career

Rotelli was drafted first overall in the 2003 Major League Lacrosse college draft by the Bridgeport Barrage. After the 2003 season he was traded to the Boston Cannons where he played during the 2004 and 2005 seasons. When the MLL expanded to include several new teams, he was drafted in the first round (second overall) in the 2006 MLL Expansion Draft by the
