Orginally, the tournament was scheduled to be awarded every two years beginning 2018. The first two editions of the tournament were due to take place in Hong Kong, China, but due to unforeseen reasons, the first edition in 2018 did not held, while the second edition two years later was cancelled due to grave concerns over the
