Esquire Network was an American pay television network that was a 50/50 joint venture between NBCUniversal and the Hearst Corporation. The network carried programs aimed at a metrosexual audience centering on travel, cooking, sports and fashion, along with reruns of popular sitcoms and dramas. History Style Network The channel was originally launched as the Style Network (although on-air promotions typically referred to it as simply "Style") on October 1, 1998, serving as a spin-off of E!. Style (book)
F. L. Lucas's ''Style'' (1955) is a book about the writing and appreciation of "good prose", expanded for the general reader from lectures originally given to English Literature students at Cambridge University. It sets out to answer the questions, "Why is so much writing wordy, confused, graceless, dull?" and "What are the qualities that endow language, spoken or written, with persuasiveness or power?" It offers "a few principles" and "a number of examples of the effective use of language, especially in prose", and adds "a few warnings". A style guide or manual of style is a set of standards for the writing, Typesetting, formatting, and design of documents. It is often called a style sheet, although that term also has Style sheet (other), multiple other meanings. ''Style'' is a 2006 Indian Telugu-language dance film written, and directed by Raghava Lawrence. Architectural Style
An architectural style is a set of characteristics and features that make a building or other structure notable or historically identifiable. It is a sub-class of style in the visual arts generally, and most styles in architecture relate closely to a wider contemporary artistic style. A style may include such elements as form, method of construction, building materials, and regional character. Most architecture can be classified within a chronology of styles which changes over time, reflecting changing fashions, beliefs and religions, or the emergence of new ideas, technology, or materials which make new styles possible. Style (Mis-Teeq Song)
"Style" is a song by British girl group Mis-Teeq. It was written by Stargate duo Mikkel Eriksen and Tor Erik Hermansen, along with Hallgeir Rustan, and band member Alesha Dixon for the re-release edition of their second album, '' Eye Candy'' (2003). The song contains replayed elements of " West End Girls" (1984) by English synth-pop duo Pet Shop Boys. Due to the inclusion of the sample, Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe are also credited as songwriters. The track marked the third and final single from ''Eye Candy'' and was also one of the last singles released by the group following the breakdown of their record label Telstar Records and the band's subsequent split in 2005. Elsa Klensch ( Aeschbacher; 21 February 1930 – 4 March 2022) was an Australian-American journalist, novelist, and television personality, often working in the world of fashion. She was the producer and host of '' Style with Elsa Klensch'', CNN's weekly fashion and design television program, which ran from 1980 to 2001. Style (Swedish Band)
Style is a Swedish pop band which had its greatest success in the 1980s. Style was formed by three former Freestyle members in 1983. They participated in the Swedish Melodifestivalen 1986 with their song "Dover–Calais" finishing third, and 1987 with their song "Hand i hand" finishing sixth. Style split in 1989 due to musical differences. They were reunited again for the Swedish Melodifestivalen 2003 with their song "Stay the Night". In 2006, Style returned for a nostalgia tour in Sweden and Norway.
