PAOK, which was founded in 1926, and is based in Thessaloniki. The club's basketball section was founded in 1928. The club's home arena is the PAOK Sports Arena, which is an indoor arena with a seating capacity of 8,142 people. The Greek B Basket League, or Greek B Basketball League ( Greek: Ελληνική Β Μπασκετ Λιγκ), is a national basketball league in Greece. Steaua București (Basketball) is the basketball section of CSA Steaua București sport club, based in Bucharest, Romania. The club competes in Liga Națională, the top tier of Romanian basketball. Georgios "Giorgos" Oikonomou (alternate spellings: ''Ikonomou'', ''Economou'', ''Ekonomou''; Greek: Γεώργιος "Γιώργος" Οικονόμου) is a retired Greek basketball player. The EuroLeague Final Four is the final four format championship of the European-wide top-tier level EuroLeague professional club basketball competition.
