Nakayoshi
is a monthly ''shōjo'' manga magazine published by Kodansha in Japan. First issued in December 1954, it is a long-running magazine with over 60 years of manga publication history. Notable titles serialized in Nakayoshi include '' Princess Knight'', ''Candy Candy'', '' Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon'' and ''Cardcaptor Sakura''. The target demographic for ''Nakayoshi'' (like '' Ribon'' and '' Ciao'') is teenage girls. Dream Saga
is a ''shōjo'' manga by Megumi Tachikawa. From the February 1997 issue to the June 1999 issue, it appeared as a serial in the Japanese manga magazine ''Nakayoshi''. Kodansha compiled the twenty-seven chapters into five bound volumes and published them from October 1997 to September 1999. It is a fantasy adventure tale about a young girl called Yuuki Wakasa, who one day acquires a magical red stone. The stone allows her to travel to Takamagahara (高天原 "High Plane of Heaven"), the dream world, when she sleeps, and can only return to Nakatsukuni (中ツ国 "middle country"), the real world, when she goes to sleep in the dream. Yuuki discovers that she must save the sun, Amaterasu, from being trapped and destroyed in Takamagahara, or the light will be lost from both worlds forever. is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Neko Nekobe which ran in ''Nakayoshi''. A 54-episode anime television series aired on TV Asahi from January 12, 1991 through February 29, 1992. Each episode of the anime contained two 11-minute stories, often unconnected with each other. A short film was released in 1992. The anime was made into an anime comic format with six episodes per volume. The first volume was released on July 25, 1991. Anmitsu Hime
Anmitsu (, rarely ) is a Japanese dessert that dates to the Meiji era. It is made of small cubes of agar jelly, a white translucent jelly made from red algae. The agar is dissolved with water (or fruit juice such as apple juice) to make the jelly. It is served in a bowl with sweet azuki bean paste or '' anko'' (the ''an'' part of ''anmitsu''), boiled peas, often ''gyūhi'' and a variety of fruits such as peach slices, '' mikan'', pieces of pineapples, and cherries. The anmitsu usually comes with a small pot of sweet black syrup, or ''mitsu'' (the ''mitsu'' part of ''anmitsu'') which one pours onto the jelly before eating. is a 1984 Japanese manga series by Jun Makimura and Shizuo Koizumi published by Kodansha.
