Doctor X (wrestler)
Clemente Marcelino Valencia Nájera (17 July 1968 – 11 October 2011) was a Mexican '' luchador enmascarado'', or masked professional wrestler, better known by the ring name Doctor X, under which he worked for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) for most of his career, winning the Mexican National Welterweight Championship and the Mexican National Trios Championship, teaming with Sangre Azteca and Nitro. Doctor X was a member of '' Pandilla Guerreras'' and the co-leader of '' Los Guerreros Tuareg''. In August 2011, Valencia quit CMLL and joined '' Perros del Mal Producciones'' under the new ring name Doctor X-Treme. Valencia also previously worked as "Dr. O'Borman Jr." a name he licensed from the original Dr. O'Borman. ''Súper Luchas'' is a Spanish-language publication covering lucha libre and other forms of professional wrestling. The publication began as a print magazine in 1991 and later became the largest lucha libre magazine in the world and remained one of the few professional wrestling magazines to survive to the 2000s but now operates mainly as an online website. CMLL Torneo Gran Alternativa
The ''Torneo Gran Alternativa'' (Spanish for "the Great Alternative Tournament") is an annual '' lucha libre'' (professional wrestling) tournament held by the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). The tournament was not held in 1997, 2000, or 2002, but was held twice in 1996 and 1998. The most recent '' Torneo Gran Alternativa'' tournament was held in December 2021. The tournament has always been held in ''Arena Mexico'' in Mexico City, Mexico, the main arena of CMLL. Up until 2010 the tournament format was that of eight tag teams facing off in a one night, single elimination tournament, sometimes with a match to determine the seeds for the tournament. ''Los Guerreros Laguneros'' (Spanish for "The Warriors from the Lagoon") is a ''lucha libre'' stable based in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). The stable was created in 2001 and has, since its inception, been led by Último Guerrero and has been the top ''rudo'' stable in CMLL. ''Los Guerreros Laguneros'' currently consists of Último Guerrero, his younger brother Gran Guerrero and Templario. Luis Ignacio Urive Alvirde (born December 22, 1982), better known by his ring name Místico (Spanish for "Mystic"), is a Mexican ''luchador enmascarado'' (or masked professional wrestler), who currently works for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). Initially working as Místico, he later signed with WWE, where he was known under the name Sin Cara (Spanish for "Without Face" or "Faceless"). Jorge Ernesto Guzmán Rodríguez (born August 2, 1963) is a Mexican '' luchador enmascarado'', or masked professional wrestler and political activist, best known under the ring name, El Hijo del Santo ("The Son of the Saint"). Alan Stone (born May 23, 1977) is a Mexican professional wrestler who has competed in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide and Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre since the late 1990s. The son of '' luchador'' El Bello Greco, he is a second-generation wrestler along with his brothers Super Calo and Chris Stone with whom he teams with as Los Bellos Stones.
