Wudalianchi (), formerly Dedu County (), is a county-level city in Heilongjiang province, China. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Heihe. It contains a volcanic field. The city's name means "five joint ponds" and refers to a set of interconnected lakes formed after the eruption of the volcanoes of Laoheishan (, means "Old Black Mountain") and Huoshaoshan (, means "Fire Burn Mountain") in 1720–21. The city is served by Wudalianchi Dedu Airport. Heihe
Heihe (; ; Russian: Хэйхэ) is a prefecture-level city of northern Heilongjiang province, China, located on the Russian border, on the south bank of the Amur (Heilong) River, across the river from Blagoveshchensk. At the 2020 census, 1,286,401 people lived in the prefecture-level city of whom 223,832 lived in the built-up area (''or metro'') made of Aihui District. Heihe marks the northeast terminus of the diagonal Heihe–Tengchong Line, which is sometimes used to divide China into east and west. Wudalianchi Dedu Airport
Wudalianchi Dedu Airport is an airport serving the city of Wudalianchi in Heilongjiang province of Northeast China. It is located southwest of the city center and from Wudalianchi National Park. It received approval from the State Council of China and the Central Military Commission on 25 December 2013. Its construction budget was 644.41 million yuan, and an additional 74 million yuan for related infrastructure outside the airport. The airport was opened on 22 November 2017, with an inaugural Loong Air flight from Harbin Taiping International Airport. Facilities The airport has a runway (class 4C), capable of handling Boeing 737s and Airbus 320s, and a terminal building. Heilongjiang () formerly romanized as Heilungkiang, is a province in northeast China. The standard one-character abbreviation for the province is (). It was formerly romanized as "Heilungkiang".
