WMBQ-CD (channel 46) is a class A low–power, First Nations Experience- affiliated television station, licensed to New York, New York. Owned by WNET, the station is sister to the city's two PBS member stations, Newark-licensed WNET (channel 13), Garden City-licensed WLIW (channel 21), and WNDT-CD (channel 14). MHz Networks is an American public broadcaster that specializes in international television programming. Washington, D.C., broadcast operations MHz (pronounced "M-H-Z") Networks began as a project of the Commonwealth Public Broadcasting Corporation. The broadcaster's original stations were WNVT in Goldvein, Virginia, and WNVC in Fairfax, Virginia, which served the Washington, D.C., television market. International programming began on WNVC in 1996, branded "World View TV". In 2001, the two stations became known as MHz Networks, with WNVC becoming MHz1 and WNVT becoming MHz2. Biz Television (commonly referred to as BizTV) is an American national television broadcast network owned by Center Post Media, which also owns Youtoo America, and BizTV's sister radio outlet, BizTalkRadio. The channel features programming devoted to entrepreneurs and small business owners. Uplinking facilities are located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The channel's corporate offices are located in Arlington, Texas. MTV2 (formerly M2) is an American pay television channel owned by the Paramount Media Networks division of Paramount Global. The channel launched initially as an all-music video service, once the original MTV had started to shift its programming. As with its parent network, MTV2's focus on music programming would gradually be downplayed during the 2000s. WLIW-FM (88.3 FM) is a radio station licensed to Southampton, New York and serving eastern Long Island and coastal Connecticut. First Nations Experience (FNX) is a non-profit television network in San Bernardino, California, owned by the San Bernardino Community College District. The network, created by Executive Director Charles Fox, is broadcast from the KVCR-TV studios located on the campus of San Bernardino Valley College.
