Virginia Gay (born 16 September 1981) is an Australian actress, writer and director, mostly known for her work on the Australian TV dramas ''Winners & Losers'' (as Frances James (Winners & Losers), Frances James), and ''All Saints (TV series), All Saints'' (as Gabrielle Jaeger). Education Born in Sydney, Gay attended Summer Hill Public School and Newtown High School of the Performing Arts in Sydney as a drama and music student. She studied English literature and performance studies at Sydney University and was a member of the Sydney University Dramatic Society from 2001 to 2003. It Takes Two (Australian TV Series)
''It Takes Two'' was an Australian music talent show, which ran for three seasons from May 2006 to April 2008. It was based on the original UK programme '' Just the Two of Us''. Concept The show paired celebrities with professional singers who each week competed against each other in a sing-off to impress a panel of judges and ultimately the viewing public in order to survive potential elimination. Through both telephone and SMS voting, viewers voted for the duo they thought should remain in the competition. Judges' scores were also taken into account and were combined with the viewer votes when determining which duos stayed and went each week. In all cases, the home viewers always had the final say. ''Calamity Jane (A Musical Western)'' is a stage musical based on the historical figure of frontierswoman Calamity Jane. Hayes Theatre
The Hayes Theatre is a 111-seat theatre specialising in music theatre and cabaret in Potts Point, Sydney, Australia. It is named after the Australian performer Nancye Hayes. Hayes Theatre Co was established at the former Darlinghurst Theatre after the Darlinghurst Theatre Company moved to the nearby Eternity Playhouse. The Famous Spiegeltent
A spiegeltent (Dutch for "mirror tent", from '' spiegel''+'' tent'') is a large travelling tent, constructed from wood and canvas and decorated with mirrors and stained glass, intended as an entertainment venue. Originally built in Belgium during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, only a handful of these spiegeltents remain in existence today, and these survivors continue to travel around Europe and beyond, often as a feature attraction at various international arts festivals. Jennifer Victoria Byrne (born 5 March 1955) is an Australian journalist, television presenter and former book publisher. She hosted the monthly ABC television program '' The Book Club'', originally titled ''First Tuesday Book Club''. Shane Gilberto Jenek (born 18 February 1982), better known under the stage name Courtney Act, is an Australian drag queen, singer and television personality.
