It was created by Sean Akins and Jason DeMarco and produced by Williams Street, a division of Warner Bros. Television Studios, and owned by The Cartoon Network, Inc. subsidiary of Warner Bros. Kids' WB (stylized as Kids' WB!) was an American children's programming service and brand of The WB that aired on the network from September 9, 1995, to September 16, 2006. Dana Swanson (born November 8, 1981 at Atlanta, Georgia) is an American singer, actress, writer, comedian and the current voice of SARA v3.0 for Toonami as of April 27, 2013. She replaces Sally Timms and Kath Soucie as SARA's voice and serves as supporting host to TOM v5.0, voiced by Steve Blum.
