Shanna Moakler
Shanna Lynn Moakler (; born March 28, 1975) is an American model, actress, and reality television star. She was the winner of the Miss New York USA pageant in 1995 and was the first runner-up at Miss USA 1995. After winner Chelsi Smith won the Miss Universe 1995 pageant, Moakler succeeded her as Miss USA. Moakler began modeling at age 15. She was chosen as a Playmate of the Month for ''Playboy'' magazine in December 2001. Moakler eventually branched out into an acting career, appearing as a regular for two seasons on the USA Network television series '' Pacific Blue'' in 1998, and in 2005 she starred as herself on the reality television series ''Meet the Barkers'' with her then-husband Travis Barker, drummer in the rock band Blink-182. Providence, Rhode Island

Miss USA is an American beauty pageant that has been held annually since 1952 to select the entrant from United States in the Miss Universe pageant. The Miss Universe Organization operated both pageants, as well as Miss Teen USA, until 2020, when the organization announced it was licensing operation of the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants to Crystle Stewart, Miss USA for 2008. Miss Teen USA 1992
Miss Teen USA 1992, the 10th anniversary of the Miss Teen USA pageant, was televised live from the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Mississippi on 25 August 1992. At the conclusion of the final competition, Jamie Solinger of Iowa was crowned by outgoing queen Janel Bishop of New Hampshire. Jamie is the first Miss Teen USA from Iowa. This marks the first (and so far only time) a candidate did not compete. In this case, Miss DC Teen USA was unable to go to Biloxi at the time being. Miss Utah USA
The Miss Utah USA competition is the pageant who selects the representative for the state of Utah in the Miss USA pageant. From 2001 to 2007, the pageant was produced by Red Curtain Productions. Casting Crowns Productions directed the pageant from 2007 to 2018 under the directorship of former Miss Missouri USA Britt Boyse. Smoak Productions became the new director for Miss and Teen pageants in 2019 under executive director and Miss USA 1995 Shanna Moakler.
