REDD
Redd is a Turkish rock band established in 1996 by tenor opera singer Doğan Duru and guitarist Berke Hatipoğlu under the name ''Ten''. They used to play at bars until they set up their own studio in 2004. Their first album, titled ''"50/50"'', produced by Levent Büyük, was published a year later by Stardium Müzik, already under the name ''Redd''. The first music video was shot for ''"Mutlu Olmak İçin"'' (To Be Happy). Their second studio album, ''"Kirli Suyunda Parıltılar"'' (Glitters on Dirty Water), came out in 2006 under the label Pasaj Müzik. Their song ''"Falan Filan"'' entered the MTV World Music Charts at the 10th position. In 2007 the band produced their third album, ''"Plastik Çiçekler ve Böcek"'' (Plastic Flowers and Beetle). Redd started the studio recordings of their fourth album in 2009, published by Sony Music. Levent Büyük
Levent is a neighbourhood and one of the main business districts of Istanbul, Turkey, located on the European side of the city. It is a part of the municipality of Beşiktaş and is situated to the north of the Golden Horn, at the western shore of the Bosphorus strait. Levent, together with nearby Maslak, is one of the main business districts on the European side of the city, where numerous skyscraper projects are currently under construction or in the planning phase. One of the modern skyline clusters of the city is located here, hidden behind the hills of the Bosphorus and not disturbing the atmosphere of the historical peninsula of Istanbul, which is at quite a distance. Mete Özgencil (born 1962) is a Turkish songwriter, composer, music video director, singer, screenwriter and painter. Early life Born in Istanbul on 1962, Özgencil lived in Izmir for 14 years and graduated from the management faculty of Ege Üniversitesi. He worked as a graphic designer for four years and as a painter for two years. He has had eight personal exhibitions of his paintings. He made over 40 book covers of Çilek series of Remzi Kitabevi. Çağan Irmak (born 4 April 1970) is a Turkish film and television writer and director, who has managed to attract a large audience in Turkey and is best known for the TV series '' Çemberimde Gül Oya'' (2004–2005) and ''Asmalı Konak'' (2002–2004), and for the hit films '' Alone'' (2008) and ''My Father and My Son'' (2005), for which he received Turkish Cinema Writers Association Awards for Best Film, Best Screenplay and Best Director.
