Peter Eng
Peter "Peppe" Eng, (born 20 December 1948) is a Swedish sports journalist and television presenter working for TV4. For many years he was the presenter for TV4's sports shows Sporten and Tipslördag along with Billy Lansdowne and Peter Antoine. He is best known under the nickname of Peppe, which he got when he started working for TV4. He started his media career by presenting the radio show Radiosporten at Sveriges Radio during the 1980s. Peppe Eng's first television presenter job was on the TV4 show '' Småpratarna'' in 1994. Eng presented the 1998 World Cup broadcasts and also in the 2002 World Cup for TV4. He has also participated in the comedyshow Time out, Sen Kväll med Luuk and he was a celebrity dancer on season one of the dancing show ''Let's Dance 2006''. Swedes ( sv, svenskar) are a North Germanic ethnic group native to the Nordic region, primarily their nation state of Sweden, who share a common ancestry, culture, history and language. TV4 (Sweden)
TV4 (''TV fyra'') is a Swedish free-to-air television network owned by TV4 AB, a subsidiary of the TV4 Media AB. It started broadcasting by satellite in 1990 and, since 1992, on terrestrial television. In 1994, TV4 became the largest channel and remained so for a number of years. The two channels of Sveriges Television (SVT) lost more and more viewers for a couple of years. After making schedule changes in 2001, SVT1 had practically the same numbers of viewers as TV4. From 2004 to 2019, the TV4 Group was a fully active member of the European Broadcasting Union. History TV4 was launched on 15 September 1990. The channel invested in an extensive news organisation and Swedish drama series. The premiere suffered from technical faults and the drama series weren't popular with critics. Billy Lansdowne
William Lansdowne (born 28 April 1959) is an English former professional footballer who played as a striker. Active in both England and Sweden, Lansdowne scored 45 goals in 169 career league games. On 24 September 2018 he was inducted into the Kalmar FF Wall of Fame. Career Born in Epping, Essex, Lansdowne began his career with West Ham United, making his professional debut for the club on 28 April 1979. Lansdowne later played for Charlton Athletic and Gillingham, and made a total of 47 appearances in the Football League for all three clubs. Lansdowne later spent six seasons with Swedish club Kalmar FF and was joint-top scorer in the Allsvenskan in 1985 with 10 goals. He played in the 1987 Svenska Cupen Final, where Kalmar FF won. The 1998 FIFA World Cup was the 16th FIFA World Cup, the football world championship for men's national teams. The finals tournament was held in France from 10 June to 12 July 1998. The country was chosen as the host nation by FIFA for the second time in the history of the tournament, defeating Morocco in the bidding process. The 2002 FIFA World Cup, also branded as Korea Japan 2002, was the 17th FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial football world championship for men's national teams organized by FIFA. ''Talang 2007'' was the first season of the show ''Talang (Swedish TV series), Talang'', the Swedish version of ''Got Talent''. Talang 2007 had its premiere on 13 April 2007 and ended on 1 June 2007. Talang 2008
Talang 2008 was the second season of the talent show '' Talang'', the Swedish version of Got Talent. It was broadcast from April 4, 2008 to May 30, 2008. The host was only one person, Peppe Eng, with Kodjo Akolor as his "sidekick". The panel of judges was Bert Karlsson, Sofia Wistam and Tobbe Blom.
