Norte Del Valle Cartel
The Norte del Valle Cartel ( es, Cártel del Norte del Valle), or North Valley Cartel, was a drug cartel that operated principally in the north of the Valle del Cauca department of Colombia, most notably the coastal city of Buenaventura. It rose to prominence during the 1990s, after the Cali and Medellín Cartels fragmented, and it was known as one of the most powerful organizations in the illegal drug trade. Carlos Alberto Rentería Mantilla
Carlos Alberto "Beto" Rentería Mantilla (born 11 March 1945 in Tuluá, died 16 September 2020 in Tuluá, Valle del Cauca) was a former Colombian narcotrafficker and crime boss, presumed leader of the Norte del Valle Cartel.
