Ole Henriksen (born May 4, 1951 in Nibe, Denmark) is a Denmark, Danish skin cosmetician and manufacturer of skin care products. He currently lives in the United States. (Not to be confused with Ole Henriksen, co-founder of Borland). Early years Ole Henriksen was born and raised in a small town of Nibe, Nibe, Denmark. After an impoverished upbringing, Henriksen travelled to Indonesia, during which time his skin became inflamed with cystic acne. He was treated by an esthetician, aesthetician named Lagita, at a clinic in Jakarta. The successful treatment, performed with various botanicals, piqued Henriksen's interest in skin care. Henriksen moved to London to pursue degrees in skin care and cosmetic chemistry, before moving to the United States. He moved to San Francisco for a year and before moving to Los Angeles to open his first spa. Ole Svane Thestrup (12 March 1948 – 2 February 2018) was a Danish actor. He appeared in many Danish films, particularly those directed by Anders Thomas Jensen, as well as television and theatre roles. He had a recurring role in the political drama series ''Borgen''. Early and personal life Ole Thestrup was born in Nibe, North Jutland, on 12 March 1948. He initially had ambitions to become a guitarist, before turning to acting. He joined Aarhus Theatre aged 25, completing his acting training in 1976. He later also worked at the Royal Danish Theatre in Copenhagen. Thestrup had a history of alcohol abuse, which contributed to his 1988 imprisonment at Headingley Correctional Institution near Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada after he caused disruption on board a British Airways flight from London to Los Angeles, leading to an emergency landing. While he published more than 90 books for both adults and children, he was best known for his Children's literature, children's books, which include picture books, short stories, flash fiction, creative nonfiction and novels. His work is characterized by wordplay and playful experiments in form and structure, which have led critics to draw comparisons to Borges, Calvino, Gogol, and the poetry of the Oulipo movement. His work is also rooted in the fairy tale and folk tale tradition, and is deeply influenced by the Danish author Hans Christian Andersen. Jens Peter Dahl-Jensen ( 23 July 1874 – 12 December 1960) was a Danish sculptor. Biography Dahl-Jensen was born at Nibe in Jutland, Denmark. He was the son of Anders Peter Jensen and Karen Kirstine Dahl. Born Jens Peter Jensen, in 1926 he changed his surname from Jensen to Dahl-Jensen. In 1900 he married Martha Elisabeth Bertha Haugaard (1871-1960). The son of a cabinet maker, he was initially apprenticed to a joiner in Aalborg and won a silver medal for his exemplary work. During this period he learnt to carve in wood and became interested in sculpture. From 1894 to 1897, Dahl-Jensen studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. On his vacations he travelled to Berlin and Dresden. After his final academy examination, he did additional studies in Switzerland and Italy.
