''My Teacher Is a Thug'' ( zh, 爱.不迟疑) is a 25 episode Singaporean drama produced and telecast on Mediacorp Channel 8. The show aired at 9pm on weekdays and had a repeat telecast at 8am the following day. It is to commemorate Drama35 in Conjunction of Teacher's Day. Li Nanxing
Jonathan Lee Nam Heng (born 7 November 1964), better known as Li Nanxing (), is a Singaporean actor and was named as 'Ah-Ge' (大哥, "big brother") of Caldecott Hill. He is also a film director and producer. Li has acted in many Chinese-language television dramas produced by MediaCorp Channel 8. He had won the Best Actor awards three times in the Star Awards, an annual acting awards in Singapore. Li was also one of the first batch of actors to receive the All-Time Favourite Artiste award with Zoe Tay & Chew Chor Meng. Lina Ng
Lina Ng Su Fang (; born 6 May 1974) is a Singaporean actress and host. She was a full-time Mediacorp and SPH MediaWorks artiste from 1993 to 2004 but currently continues to film on an ad-hoc basis. One of the most acclaimed actresses in Singapore, Ng is the first and only actress to win an Asian Academy Creative Award and aAsian Television Awardin Singapore. In 2021, Ng received the Asian Television Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as a ''majie'' in the English-language series '' Last Madame''.She also runs Mustard Seeds Academy, which provides Chinese enrichment classes to childcare centres. Wang Yuqing
Tan Chooi Leong or better known as Wang Yuqing (, born 9 September 1961) is a Singaporean actor. Education Wang studied at Willow Avenue Secondary School. Career Prior to his acting career, Wang served out his NS days in the Aerodrome fire service. He was offered a contract by the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (SBC) after completing the 3rd drama training course in 1982. Wang first acted in SBC's Army series before starring in SBC's earliest idol drama, '' The Flying Fish'', in 1983, which catapulted him to stardom. In 1988, Wang almost joined Hong Kong's TVB but decided against it, citing his poor grasp of Cantonese and reluctance to leave a stable environment. Initially he had left the industry in 1995 to concentrate on his second job as an insurance agent but returned to MediaCorp in 2000 as a freelancer at the persuasion of some friends. Gam Ngan Gei (born 17 June 1946), better known as Jin Yinji, is a Singaporean actress of South Korean descent. Terence Cao
Terence Cao Guohui (born 6 October 1967) is a Singaporean television actor. Biography Cao studied at Anglo-Chinese School for both his primary and secondary education. Cao used to be a flight attendant and joined Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (later MediaCorp) in 1989 after completing the 9th drama training course. Cavin Soh (, born 17 November 1970) (苏智诚/苏志诚 Su Zhi Cheng previous name) is a Singaporean actor, host, watch dealer and singer. Career Soh used to be a lead singer in the band Dreamz FM (梦飞船) and a radio deejay on MediaCorp's Chinese language station Y.E.S. 93.3FM before switching to television and acting. Bonnie Loo (, born 12 July 1994) is a Malaysian actress and singer based in Singapore managed under The Celebrity Agency. Early life Loo was born in Ipoh, Malaysia, and is the elder of two daughters.
