Noah Raymond Brickley (born February 10, 1978), better known by his stage name Noah23, is a Canadian-American hip hop artist from Guelph, Ontario. He is co-founder of the Plague Language collective and record label, and has been described as "one of Canada's best, most underrated MCs". Career Noah Raymond Brickley was born in 1978 in Natchez, Mississippi and moved to Guelph, Ontario at the age of 4. He began rapping in the early 1990s and released his first album, originally titled ''Plague Language'', in 1999. This album, initially released on cassette, was remastered and released on CD in 2006 under the name ''Cytoplasm Pixel''. In the late 1990s, Noah23 started the record label Plague Language with producer Orphan (real name Kingston Maguire, who went on to become one half of production duo Blue Sky Black Death). Livestock (rapper)
Benjamin Reeve, better known by his stage name Livestock, is a rapper from Guelph, Ontario. Livestock was a long-time member of the Plague Language collective founded by Noah23 and Orphan. History Prior to rapping, in the late 1990s, Livestock performed locally as a hip hop DJ under the alias Beetle Juice aka Beetle Jiggly, inspired by the Beat Junkies as well as local Guelph DJs Bias Ply, DJ Basic, B Art, NV US, Tom, and DJ Krinjah. After DJing and organizing local hip hop concerts in the late '90s and early 2000s, Livestock began learning the craft of lyricism with Noah23 after-hours at a vegan restaurant in Guelph called the Cafe Aquarius where Noah was chef. Among his influences in this period were Will Oldham, Neko Case, Project Blowed, El-P, Anti-Pop Consortium, Deep Puddle Dynamics, Divine Styler, and Warcloud. Baracuda (rapper)
Graham Troyer (born February 24, 1983), better known by his stage name Baracuda (formerly Baracuda72), is a Canadian rapper from Guelph, Ontario, currently based in Toronto. Rap career Baracuda was an original member of the Plague Language collective founded by Noah23 and Orphan. Beginning in 2001 he collaborated with Noah23 under the name Bourgeois Cyborgs. They released one self-titled album in 2008. The duo broke up in 2012 and Baracuda is no longer affiliated with Plague Language. Julio Francisco "Ceschi" Ramos (born July 24, 1981), better known as Ceschi Ramos, or simply as Ceschi (pronounced "chess-key"), is an American hip hop musician based in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a co-founder of Fake Four Inc. He won the Connecticut Music Awards for Best Hip Hop in 2014. Life and career Ceschi released his first solo album, ''Fake Flowers'', in 2004. ''They Hate Francisco False'' followed in 2006. In 2008, Ceschi and his brother David Ramos founded the record label Fake Four Inc. Kiki Ceac, better known by his stage name K-the-I???, is an American rapper and producer based in Los Angeles, California and currently signed to Fake Four Inc. History K-the-I??? began recording in 2002. He released several small-issue records before signing with Mush Records in 2006. His debut for the label, ''Broken Love Letter'', was primarily self-produced. The follow-up, '' Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow'', was produced by Thavius Beck and arrived in 2008. He is one of eight co-founders of the record label Anticon. He has been a member of the groups Northern Exposure, Live Poets, Deep Puddle Dynamics, So-Called Artists, Da Babylonianz, Sole and the Skyrider Band and Waco Boyz.
