Linda Mertens
Linda Mertens (born 20 July 1978) is a Belgian singer. She was the female singer for the group Milk Inc. Mertens was born in Wilrijk in Antwerp. She studied Art and after high school, she went to hairdresser school for two years. Her father is Flemish, and her mother Tunisian. In 2013 she appeared on VTM in '' Lang Leve...'' as herself, in an episode about Regi Penxten, a member of Milk Inc. In Lang Leve..., they made video's about the life of Regi, in an unserious way, and Linda's role was played by Karen Damen. Wilrijk
Wilrijk (; former, original spelling: ''Wilrijck'') is a district of the municipality and city of Antwerp in the Belgian province of Antwerp. Wilrijk had been a separate municipality before January 1, 1983; the enlarged municipality of Antwerp was decentralized in 2000 and Wilrijk became one of the city's nine districts. This suburb is also known as the Goat village, because of its Goat parade. Every five years this parade attracts many tourists. The next will be held in 2025. Absolom
Absolom was a Belgian dance project produced by Christophe Chantzis and DJ Jimmy Goldschmitz. The group was popular in Europe by the end of the 1990s. For remixer and main-producer Chantzis the project was his first major effort in the Belgian dance scene. Vocals were done by Pascale Feront who gained some attention by entering the final of The Soundmix Show. A live-act was put together, consisting of singer Pascal Feront, two professional female dancers (Cindy and Ellen) and Christophe Chantzis on keyboard. He also supplied the additional vocals on some singles.
