Kumara Thirimadura
Kumara Thirimadura (born April 17, 1969 as කුමාර තිරිමාදුර) [Sinhala) is an actor in Cinema of Sri Lanka, Sri Lankan cinema, stage drama and television. He is an actor, singer, filmmaker and journalist by profession. He is considered one of five actors who have dominated the Sri Lankan Stage by critics. Early career He was born on 17 April 1969, in Rawathawatta, Moratuwa as the sixth child of the family with seven siblings. His father Thirimadura Rantin de Silva worked in the Sri Lanka Ports Authority. His mother Jothimuni Malini Miureen Perera worked as a cashier in a restaurant. He has four elder sisters - Sandya, Udaya, Ramya, Soumya and one elder brother, Kosala, one younger sister Bhagya and one younger brother Chamila. His sister Sandya died in April 2022. Moratuwa
Moratuwa ( si, මොරටුව, ta, மொறட்டுவை) is a large suburb of Colombo, on the southwestern coast of Sri Lanka, near Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia. It is situated on the Galle–Colombo (Galle road) main highway, south of the centre of Colombo. Moratuwa is surrounded on three sides by water, except in the north of the city, by the Indian Ocean on the west, the Lake Bolgoda on the east and the Moratu river on the south. Prince Of Wales College, Moratuwa
Prince of Wales' College ( Sinhala: වේල්ස් කුමර විද්යාලය ''Wels Kumara Vidyalaya'', Tamil: பிரின்ஸ் ஆஃப் வேல்ஸ் கல்லூரி) is a selective entry boys' school situated in Moratuwa, a suburb of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Prince of Wales College, Moratuwa (along with Princess of Wales' College), was founded and endowed in 1876 by Sir Charles Henry de Soysa, a famous 19th century Sri Lankan philanthropist and was named in honour of His Royal Highness Prince Albert Edward -the Prince of Wales. The school became a fully government-controlled school in 1962. As of 2016 over 7100 boys are studying in the school in grades 1 to 13 including all main streams of secondary studies which include biology, mathematics, commerce and arts.
