Kim Zimmer
Kimberly Jo Zimmer (born February 2, 1955) is an American actress, best known for her role as Reva Shayne on the CBS soap opera ''Guiding Light''. For this portrayal, she has won four Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. Career Zimmer's career began with stage work; an early television role was her portrayal of the character of Bonnie Harmon on ''One Life to Live'' in 1978. In 1979, she was tapped to replace Kathleen Turner as Nola Dancy Aldrich on '' The Doctors''. She later appeared opposite Turner in the 1981 film ''Body Heat'' in a plot that addressed similarities in their appearance. For much of her stint, she was the show's leading lady, but left the show in July 1982 on a maternity leave, escorted off the show by her real life husband, A.C. Weary, who played Nola's newest conquest. She would return one last time later in the year for the funeral of her former mother-in-law, Mona Croft. Fayetteville Dogwood Festival
The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival in an annual three day festival in Fayetteville, North Carolina, celebrated on the 4th weekend in April. Events including music from both national and local musicians, arts and crafts, various artists and educational resources for children. The Festival began in 1982 due to the efforts of then mayor Bill Hurley, John Malzone, and others. 2017 was the largest festival to date, bringing in over 250,000 visitors. 2020 saw the festival go on hiatus, after trying to reschedule to October caused by COVID-19 pandemic. Activities The event itself is free to the public and covers much of Historic Downtown Fayetteville and Festival Park. The festival has expanded over the years to include nearby streets. Robin Victory in Europe Strasser (born May 7, 1945) is an American actress, best known for her role as Dorian Lord on the ABC daytime soap opera ''One Life to Live''. Life and career Strasser's middle name is a tribute to her being born the day Germany surrendered in World War II. She was born in the New York City borough of the Bronx and raised in Manhattan by Martin and Anne Strasser who were both Jewish. After graduating from the High School of Performing Arts, on full scholarship, she attended the Yale University School of Drama. She began acting in the early 1960s. Strasser sharpened her acting abilities in theatre, acting on Broadway, where she appeared in ''The Shadow Box'' and '' Chapter Two''. Barn Theatre
The Barn Theatre in Augusta, Michigan, Kalamazoo County, United States is one of the oldest summer stock theatres in the United States and the oldest one in Michigan. It also houses The Barn Theatre School. The barn theatre is just off the State Highway 96 by Augusta. The theatre originated in 1946 when Jack Ragotzy, Betty Ebert and others formed the Village Players troupe. After playing several seasons in a community hall in a former Methodist church (in Richland), in 1949 Jack and Betty moved a dairy barn, which was converted into a theatre and was purchased by them in 1954. Augusta is a village in Kalamazoo County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 885 at the 2010 census. The village is mostly within Ross Township, though a small portion extends south into Charleston Township. Augusta is situated on the M-96 highway, about five miles (8 km) northeast of Galesburg, and about seven miles (11 km) west of downtown Battle Creek.
