Jung District (Hangul: 중구; Hanja: 中區; RR: Junggu; lit. The Central District), is one of the 25 gu which make up the city of Seoul, South Korea. It is located north of the Han River, and as its name implies, is the historical city center of Seoul. Located in the heart of Seoul, Jung District is an area with a variety of old and new.
