Jaggesh
Jaggesh is an Indian politician, actor, director and producer, who mainly works in the Kannada film industry. He is a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha from Karnataka since 2022 and the spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Karnataka. He debuted in '' Ibbani Karagithu'' (1983) before appearing in ''Banda Nanna Ganda'', ''Tharle Nan Maga'', ''Super Nan Maga'', ''Server Somanna'', '' Bevu Bella'', '' Mata'', ''Eddelu Manjunatha'', ''Vaastu Prakaara'' and ''Neer Dose''. Early life Jaggesh married Parimala, with whom he has sons Gururaj and Yathiraj. Parimala's brother Sunder Ramu is also an actor. ''Vaastu Prakaara'' ( kn, ವಾಸ್ತು ಪ್ರಕಾರ) is a 2015 Indian Kannada language satirical comedy film directed by Yogaraj Bhat starring Rakshit Shetty, Jaggesh, Aishani Shetty and Parul Yadav. The supporting cast features Anant Nag, Sudha Rani, T. N. Seetharam and Sudha Belawadi. The film deals in the belief of Indians in astrology and superstition and how it is being blindly followed and overlooked over science. Upon theatrical release on 2 April 2015, the film received mixed reviews from critics. They felt, carrying expectations along as a 'Yogaraj Bhat film', the film failed to deliver as it lacked a "strong foundation" and "a sound structure". ''Mata'' ( en, Mutt or monastery) is a 2006 Kannada cult black comedy film written and directed by debutant director Guruprasad. It has an ensemble cast starring Jaggesh, Vaijanath Biradar, Mandya Ramesh and others. The director himself had a cameo in the movie. Mata is a black comedy. The movie primarily revolves around the events that occur within a contemporary matha/ mutts, which are revered as one of the most sacred institutions in India. Komal (actor)
Komal Kumar (born 4 July 1973), known mononymously as Komal, is an Indian actor and film producer known for his work in Kannada cinema. He made his acting debut with ''Super Nan Maga'' in 1992. Since his debut, Komal has acted in over 100 films, initially in comedic roles as a supporting actor before playing lead roles. He is the younger brother of actor Jaggesh, with whom he has frequently collaborated professionally.
