Honeywell Aerospace is a manufacturer of aircraft engines and avionics, as well as a producer of auxiliary power units (APUs) and other aviation products. Mark Honeywell
Mark Charles Honeywell (December 29, 1874 – September 13, 1964) was an American electronics industrialist. He co-initiated the eponymous corporation Honeywell and was its first president and CEO (1927–1933). Early years and marriage Honeywell spent his childhood growing up in Wabash, Indiana, Wabash, Indiana and Florida. He had various jobs during his younger years, including working in the citrus and bicycle businesses, and in his father's Wabash mill. He graduated from Eastman Business College in Poughkeepsie (city), New York, Poughkeepsie, New York, in 1891. Honeywell was married twice. His first wife, Olive May Lutz, whom he married in 1899, died in 1939 as the result of a fall while on a boating excursion in Florida. Darius Adamczyk (born February 8, 1966) is an American businessman. He is the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Honeywell, an American multinational conglomerate. Early life and education Adamczyk was born in Poland on February 8, 1966, and immigrated to the US at the age of 11, speaking no English. His family settled in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He went to Michigan State University to study electrical and computer engineering, where he received his bachelor's degree. He received a master's degree in computer engineering from Syracuse University, and an MBA from Harvard University. Career Adamczyk started his career with General Electric in 1988, as an electrical engineer. Albert Butz (1849–1905) was a Swiss-born American inventor and businessman who founded the Butz Thermo-electric Regulator Company that, through a series of re-organizations, name changes, and mergers, became Honeywell, Incorporated. Wabash, Indiana
Wabash is a city in Noble Township, Wabash County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. The population was 10,666 at the 2010 census. The city is the county seat of Wabash County.
