Giuseppe Baresi
Giuseppe Baresi (; born 7 February 1958) is an Italian football manager and former player, who played as a defender or as a defensive midfielder. He currently works as a technical assistant at Inter Milan. Baresi spent the majority of his 18-year career with Italian club Internazionale, before retiring in 1994 after two seasons with Modena. With Inter, he won two Serie A titles and the UEFA Cup, among other trophies, and also served as the team's captain. At international level, he represented the Italy national team on 18 occasions between 1979 and 1986, taking part at UEFA Euro 1980, where they finished in fourth place, and at the 1986 FIFA World Cup. His younger brother, Franco Baresi, also a defender, served as captain for city rivals Milan and the Italian national side. Enzo Bearzot
Enzo Bearzot (; 26 September 1927 – 21 December 2010) was an Italian professional football player and manager. A defender and midfielder, he led the Italy national team to victory in the 1982 FIFA World Cup. Nicknamed ''Vecio'' (standard Italian ''vecchio'', 'old man'), Bearzot coached the Italy national team the most (104 times, between September 1975 to June 1986). He was noted for his phlegmatic personality and pipe smoking. A year after his death, an award was named in honour of the 1982 World Cup winning coach, the "Enzo Bearzot Award", for the best Italian coach of the year. 1977 FIFA World Youth Championship
The 1977 FIFA World Youth Championship was the inaugural staging of the FIFA World Youth Championship, hosted by Tunisia from 27 June to 10 July 1977, in three venues — Tunis, Sousse and Sfax. The 28 matches played were the smallest number in tournament history. The USSR U20, defeated Mexico U20 in a penalty shootout, in the final held at Tunis's Stade El Menzah. Italy National Under-20 Football Team
Italy national under-20 football team is the national under-20 football team of Italy and is controlled by the Italian Football Federation. The team competes for the FIFA U-20 World Cup, which is held every two years. History The Under-20 team is the ''de facto'' Under-19 of the previous year, and it acts mainly as a feeder team for the U21s providing further international development for youth players. The team competes for its only official tournament, the FIFA U-20 World Cup, depending on the U19s results at the UEFA European Under-19 Championship held in the even-numbered years, that qualifies European teams for the U-20 World Cup. The Serie B (), currently named Serie BKT for sponsorship reasons, is the second-highest division in the Italian football league system after the Serie A. 1991–92 Serie A
During the 1991–92 Serie A, under the guidance of Fabio Capello, Milan completed a remarkable unbeaten season, a run that eventually totalled 58 games. They finished eight points ahead of Serie A runners-up Juventus. However, it was a disappointing season for Internazionale, who could only manage an eighth-place finish, meaning that 1992–93 would bring no European action for them — something which had been a rare occurrence over the last three decades. Defending champions Sampdoria finished sixth and their last chance of European action for the following season was lost when they were beaten by the Spanish champions Barcelona in the final of the European Cup. If the same team wins both the Serie A and Coppa Italia titles in the previous season, the Supercoppa is contested by the Serie A winner and the Coppa Italia runner-up, in essence becoming a rematch of the previous year's Coppa Italia final.
