Skifter Këlliçi (born January 17, 1938), is an Albanian fiction writer, screenwriter, sports journalist, and radio & TV personality. He started the first radio program that broadcast live sports events in 1958 on Radio Televizioni Shqiptar, the Rubrika Sportive, a show that continues to this day, and later did the same on the Albanian television. He has been a successful screenwriter with movies such as Pas gjurmëve (English: Following the tracks), winner of the international Giffoni Film Festival, Italy, in 1979.[1] Life and work[edit] Skifter Këlliçi was born on January 17, 1938 in Tirana, Albania, where he finished his secondary studies in 1955. In 1959, he graduated from the University of Tirana

Top Fest is a music competition organised by Top Channel. It began airing in 2004 and has been held since. It is annually held in Tirana, Albania.[1] The songs are usually performed in Albanian with artists from Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and other Albanian-speaking territories. From its 7th edition (2010), the participants perform their entries 100% live.[2] Format[edit] Since 2010, the show has been split into three phases. The first phase airs all accepted entries, performing their entries in playback. The second phase is the Semi-Finals, usually split in three shows, where the winners from phase one perform.
