Far Eastern Federal District
The Far Eastern Federal District (russian: Дальневосто́чный федера́льный о́круг, ''Dalnevostochny federalny okrug'') is the largest of the eight federal districts of Russia but the least populated, with a population of 8,371,257 (75.5% urban) according to the 2010 Census. The federal district lies entirely within the easternmost part of Asia and is coextensive with the Russian Far East. History The Far Eastern Federal District was established on May 18, 2000, by President Vladimir Putin and is currently being governed by presidential envoy Yury Trutnev. In November 2018, Buryatia and Zabaykalsky Krai were added to the federal district. The seat of the Far Eastern Federal District was moved from Khabarovsk to Vladivostok in December 2018. Kamchatka Time
Kamchatka Time or Petropavlovsk Time (PETT; russian: камчатское время, ''kamchatskoye vremya''), also known as Anadyr Time (ANAT), is a time zone in Russia, named after the Kamchatka Peninsula. It is 12 hours ahead of UTC ( UTC+12:00) and 9 hours ahead of Moscow Time (MSK+9). This time zone is used in the two easternmost regions of Russia after October 2014 and was also used before the time zone reform of 2010. ''Kamchatka Summer Time'' (''PETST'') corresponded to UTC+13:00, but still 9 hours ahead of Moscow (MSD+9). This no longer exists as explained below. On 28 March 2010, while most regions of Russia switched to Summer Time moving the clocks one hour forward, the two Russian regions using Kamchatka Time, Kamchatka Krai and Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, retained UTC+12:00, effectively joining Magadan Summer Time.

Kamchatka Krai
Kamchatka Krai ( rus, Камча́тский край, r=Kamchatsky kray, p=kɐmˈtɕatskʲɪj kraj) is a federal subject of Russia (a krai), situated in the Russian Far East, and is administratively part of the Far Eastern Federal District. Its capital and largest city is Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, home to over half of its population of 322,079 (2010). Magadan Time (MAGT) (russian: магада́нское вре́мя, ''magadanskoye vremya''), is a time zone in Russia, named after Magadan, the administrative center of Magadan Oblast. It is 11 hours ahead of UTC (UTC+11) and 8 hours ahead of Moscow Time (MSK+8). Between 26 October 2014 and 24 April 2016, Magadan Oblast was in UTC+10 (MSK+7), that is Vladivostok Time.
