Debar ( mk, Дебaр ; Albanian: ''Dibër''/''Dibra'' or ''Dibra e Madhe;'' ) is a city in the western part of North Macedonia, near the border with Albania, off the road from Struga to Gostivar. It is the seat of Debar Municipality. Debar has an ethnic Albanian majority of 74% and is North Macedonia's only city in which ethnic Macedonians do not rank first or second demographically. Debar Lake

Albanians Of North Macedonia
The Albanians in North Macedonia ( sq, Shqiptarët në Maqedoninë e Veriut, mk, Албанци во Северна Македонија) are the second largest ethnic group in North Macedonia, forming 446,245 individuals or 24.3% of the resident population. Of the 2,097,319 total population in the 2021 census (including self-enumerated diaspora), 619,187 or 29.52% are Albanians. Geography The Albanian minority is concentrated mostly in the western, north-western and partially middle area of the country with small communities located in the south-west. Debar ( mk, Дебар , sq, Komuna e Dibrës) is a municipality in western part of Republic of North Macedonia. ''Debar'' is also the name of the town where the municipal seat is found. Debar Municipality is part of the Southwestern Statistical Region. Geography The municipality borders Mavrovo and Rostuša Municipality to the northeast, Kičevo Municipality to the southeast, Centar Župa Municipality to the south, and Albania to the west. Municipalities Of North Macedonia
The municipalities are the first-order administrative divisions of North Macedonia. North Macedonia is currently organized into 80 municipalities ( mk, општини, ''opštini''; singular: општина, ''opština,'' Albanian: ''komunat''; singular: ''komuna''), established in February 2013; 10 of the municipalities constitute the City of Skopje (or Greater Skopje), a distinct unit of local self-governance and the country's capital. Macedonian Language
Macedonian (; , , ) is an Eastern South Slavic language. It is part of the Indo-European language family, and is one of the Slavic languages, which are part of a larger Balto-Slavic branch. Dešat
Dešat or Deshat ( mk, Дешат; sq-definite, Deshati) is a mountain on the border between Albania and North Macedonia. The mountain is characterised by its steep peaks: Mal and Golem Krčin and Velivar.
