Back-On (stylized as BACK-ON) is a Japanese rock band from Tokyo, Japan. They are recognized for creating anime and game opening themes such as the '' Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2'' opening theme, "fly away"; ''Air Gear'' opening theme, "Chain"; '' Murder Princess'' opening theme "Hikari Sasuhou (fk Metal ver.)", and ''Eyeshield 21''s "Blaze Line". Gundam Build Fighters
is a 2013 Japanese science fiction anime television series based on Sunrise's long-running ''Gundam'' franchise. The series is directed by Kenji Nagasaki of '' No. 6'' and written by Yōsuke Kuroda of ''Mobile Suit Gundam 00''. Character designs were done by both Kenichi Ohnuki and Suzuhito Yasuda. The series was first unveiled under the name "1/144 Gundam Mobile" project by Sunrise, before its official announcement. In contrast to other ''Gundam'' series, ''Gundam Build Fighters'' focuses on the Gundam model (Gunpla) aspect of the franchise. The series was officially unveiled by Bandai on July 2, 2013, during the series's live press conference as part of Gundam's 35th anniversary in 2014. Eyeshield 21
is a Japanese manga series written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Yusuke Murata. The series tells the story of Sena Kobayakawa, an introverted boy who joins an American football club as a secretary, but after being coerced by quarterback Yoichi Hiruma, becomes the team's running back, whilst wearing an eyeshield and the number 21, under the pseudonym of "Eyeshield 21". Inagaki chose American football as a central subject of ''Eyeshield 21'' after realizing that it fit perfectly with his idea for the series. The manga was originally serialized in Shueisha's ''Weekly Shōnen Jump'' from July 2002 to June 2009. The series consists of 333 chapters collected in 37 ''tankōbon'' volumes. Greeeen (stylized as GReeeeN) is a Japanese vocal group from Kōriyama in Fukushima Prefecture, comprising the all-male four members: HIDE, navi, 92 (read as "kuni"), and SOH. They made their debut with Universal Music in 2007. Their logo image is of a mouthful of teeth, and the four "e" indicate the number of members and the dentition that you can see when you smile because of all of them were graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry. The sound production is handled by HIDE's older brother JIN, a former guitarist of Pay money To my Pain. Anime USA (AUSA) is an annual three-day anime convention held during October/November at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport in Arlington, Virginia. Programming The convention typically features an AMV contest, artist's alley, cosplay contest, dealer's room, host club/maid cafe, LARP, musical performances, tabletop gaming, video rooms, and workshop rooms. History The Northern Virginia Anime Association first organized the convention. Anime USA moved from the Sheraton Premiere in Tyson's Corner to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in 2007, a location previously used by Katsucon and Otakon, due to the convention's growth. is a special ward located in Tokyo Metropolis, Japan. It is located to the north of the heart of Tokyo. JPU Records is a British record label formed in 2012, which specializes in handling international releases by Japanese artists. Notable acts on JPU's roster include The Gazette, Band-Maid, Lovebites, and Nemophila. History The label was established in 2012. Its first release was ''Division'' by popular Japanese visual kei rock band The Gazette, followed by the 2013 album ''Beautiful Deformity.'' Anime Evolution
Anime Evolution is the general name for a number of anime conventions held in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It was organized by AE Convention Corp. until 2010 and by the Vancouver Anime Convention Society since 2012. It was traditionally held in August until 2012 before moving to June and then later July. The event was an annual three-day convention, and over time added two single day events, Harumatsuri and Akimatsuri. The summer event, called AE Summer, was shortened to a single day event in 2017. The 2019 Anime Evolution event: Harumatsuri saw a return to a multi-day format and a Burnaby venue.
