Angelo Daniel Badalamenti (March 22, 1937 – December 11, 2022) was an American composer, best known for his work scoring films for director David Lynch, notably '' Blue Velvet'', the ''Twin Peaks'' saga (1990–1992, 2017), '' The Straight Story'', and '' Mulholland Drive''. Badalamenti received the 1990 Grammy Award for Best Pop Instrumental Performance for his "''Twin Peaks'' Theme". Angelo Badà (Pernate, 27 May 1876 – Novara, 23 March 1941) was an Italian operatic tenor. He was on the roster of the Metropolitan Opera for 30 years where he gave a total of 2,170 performance in 94 different operas in over 100 different roles from 1908 through 1938. Only two singers in the Met's history have made more appearances with the company: Charles Anthony and George Cehanovsky. He mostly appeared in comprimario roles during his career, although he did occasionally perform larger parts. His repertoire encompassed operas in the English, Italian, French, and German languages. Angelo Bacchetta (1841–1920) was an Italian painter. Biography He studied at the Brera Academy, where he made friends with Filippo Carcano, under the tutelage of Francesco Hayez. After leaving the Academy prematurely, he moved to Florence (1866–1868), where he was influenced by the recent innovations from the Macchiaioli movement. In 1867 he took part in the International Exposition of Paris. After the death of the King Vittorio Emanuele II, he created an album containing epigraphs about Italian cities and towns, which was offered to the successor Umberto I, who conferred him the degree of Knight of the Order of the Crown of Italy. In 1885 he moved to Portugal: due to some appreciated works, he was decorated by the government with the honour of Knight of the Order of Christ. Angelo Baccalario (born 19 November 1852) was an Italian painter of landscapes, mainly in the Piedmont. He was born in Acqui, province of Alessandria, to Cavalier Angelo and Virginia Provenzale of Turin. He graduated from law studies in Turin in 1873, but abandoned this for painting, entering in 1873 the studio of Carlo Felice Biscarra. Angelo Argea (November 7, 1929 – October 10, 2005) was best known as the caddie for Jack Nicklaus. Argea was born in Canton, OH. He and Nicklaus first met at the Palm Springs Golf Classic in 1963, when Argea signed up to caddie for him. Argea continued to caddie for Nicklaus for over 20 years. During this time, he was on the bag for 44 of Nicklaus' 70 PGA Tour wins (that tally would later be revised to 73 when Open Championship wins were added to PGA Tour win records). Angelo Anquilletti (; 25 April 1943 – 9 January 2015) was an Italian football defender. Angelo Angeli (20 August 1864 – 31 May 1931) was an Italian chemist. Angeli's salt and the Angeli–Rimini reaction are named after him. Scientific career Angeli studied in Padua, where he met the chemist Giacomo Luigi Ciamician. When Ciamician moved to a new appointment in Bologna, he chose Angeli to work as his assistant, even before Angeli had graduated. In 1891, Angeli was awarded his doctorate in chemistry at Bologna. In 1893, he became a lecturer in Bologna, and in 1895 he became a professor. In 1894, he worked briefly in Munich with Adolf von Baeyer, learning medicinal chemistry.
