Carlo Alban
Carlo Mauricio Alban (born October 3, 1979) is an Ecuadorian actor, best known as "Carlo" from ''Sesame Street'' (1993–98). He played the role of Luis "McGrady" Gallego on ''Prison Break'' (2007–08). He has since gone on to perform in a variety of mediums, including plays and television shows. Early life Alban arrived in the U.S. at the age of 7 with his family on a travel visa. However, his family intended to stay in the United States despite the potential consequences, living on an expired visa with the risk of deportation always prevalent. When he was 12 he got his first role in ''Oliver!'' as the title character. He then went on to other roles in New York until he was cast on ''Sesame Street''. Raised in Sayreville, New Jersey, Alban graduated from Sayreville War Memorial High School in 1996; he was inducted into the school's hall of fame in 2019. Dick Alban
Richard Herbert Alban (January 17, 1929 – April 8, 2016) was an American football defensive back who played eight seasons for the Washington Redskins and Pittsburgh Steelers in the National Football League (NFL). Alban played college football at Northwestern University, where he was used at halfback and on defense. Alban was drafted in the ninth round of the 1952 NFL Draft and started all 12 games for the Redskins his rookie year. His best season came in 1954, where he finished second in the league in interceptions with nine and was selected to his only Pro Bowl. He was traded to the Steelers in 1956 and retired after the 1959 campaign. Early career Alban was born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, and attended La Porte High School in La Porte, Indiana, where he graduated in 1948. Fernando Albán
Fernando Alberto Albán Salazar (, 1 October 1962 – 8 October 2018) was a Venezuelan–Colombian activist, lawyer, politician, and prominent figure within the Justice First opposition party. Albán served as a councilman of the Libertador Municipality of Caracas from 2012 until his death in office in 2018. He died while he was detained in the headquarters of the Bolivarian Intelligence Service (SEBIN) in Plaza Venezuela, Caracas. Government officials initially reported his death as a suicide, but his friends, family, opposition political parties and Luis Almagro, Secretary General of the Organization of American States, argued that the councilor's death was murder. In May 2021 Maduro's Attorney General, Tarek William Saab, admitted that Albán did not commit suicide as initially reported, but was killed. Mark Timothy Alban MBBS, DRCOG, MRCGP (born 19 April 1966) is an English medical doctor and former first-class cricketer. Born at Kendal, Westmorland, Alban studied at Sedbergh School and Jesus College, Cambridge, playing first-class cricket during his studies for the university cricket club.
