1992–93 Ukrainian Hockey Championship
The 1992–93 Ukrainian Hockey Championship was the first season and annual national championship tournament created by the Ice Hockey Federation of Ukraine (FHU). The championship consisted of two rounds. Six teams participated in the five-game first round of the championship. Five of teams were based on teams of sports schools and a junior squad of the national team. Ukrainian Hockey Championship
The Ukrainian Hockey Championship ( ua, Чемпіонат України з Хокею, '' tr: Chempionat Ukrayiny z Khokeyu'') is an annual ice hockey award and national title, bestowed to the ice hockey organization judged to have the best performing team in Ukraine, founded in 1992. Prior to the 2015–16 season, the league playing for the title took the name Ukrainian Hockey Extra League. In 2016, the new Ukrainian Hockey League was created instead. Hockey Club Sokil Kyiv ( uk, ХК Сокіл Київ; en, Falcon Hockey Club), commonly known as Sokil Kyiv or HC Sokil, is a Ukrainian Professional Hockey League team based in Kyiv. Jupiter (ice Hockey Team)
Jupiter was an ice hockey team in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The club replaced the dissolved Soviet hockey team Dynamo Kharkov that participated in the Soviet competitions. After the 1992–93 season Jupiter was also dissolved and later replaced with Salamandra Kharkiv.
