1960 Cfl Season
The 1960 CFL season is considered to be the seventh season in modern-day Canadian football, although it is officially the third Canadian Football League season. The Calgary Stampeders moved into McMahon Stadium on Monday, August 15, after it took only 103 days to be built. Ottawa Rough Riders
The Ottawa Rough Riders were a Canadian Football League team based in Ottawa, Ontario, founded in 1876. Formerly one of the oldest and longest-lived professional sports teams in North America, the Rough Riders won the Grey Cup championship nine times. Their most dominant era was the 1960s and 1970s, in which they won five Grey Cups. The team's fortunes waned in the 1980s and 1990s, and they ultimately ceased operations following the 1996 season. Winnipeg Blue Bombers
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are a professional Canadian football team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Blue Bombers compete in the Canadian Football League (CFL) as a member club of the league's West division. They play their home games at IG Field. The Blue Bombers were founded in 1930 as the Winnipeg Rugby Football Club, later changed to the Winnipeg Football Club, which is the organization's legal name. London, Ontario

The Saskatchewan Roughriders are a professional Canadian football team based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Ernie Warlick
Ernest "Ernie" "Big Hoss" Warlick (July 21, 1932 – November 24, 2012) was a tight end from North Carolina Central University who played American collegiate and Professional Football as well as Canadian Professional Football. Warlick was born in Hickory, North Carolina. After starring at Ridgeview High School and then North Carolina Central, he played 4 seasons with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. He then joined the American Football League's Buffalo Bills in 1962. He had an average of 17.2 yds/catch with the Bills, while the team earned three straight Eastern Division titles and two American Football League championships, and a 20.8 yds/catch average in 1964. In 1964, he helped the Bills win their first AFL championship game against the San Diego Chargers, 20-7, when he caught two passes for 41 yards. Roger Nelson (Canadian Football)
Roger Nelson (May 8, 1932 – July 29, 1996) was an American and Canadian football offensive tackle and guard. He played in the Canadian Football League for the Edmonton Eskimos from 1954 to 1967 and was a part of two Grey Cup winning teams for the Eskimos. Nelson played college football at the University of Oklahoma and was drafted in the fourteenth round of the 1954 NFL Draft. Nelson was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1986, the Edmonton Eskimo Wall of Honour in 1987, and, as part of the 1954–1956 Edmonton Eskimos football teams, the Alberta Sport Hall of Fame in 2007. His son, Mark Nelson, played for the Calgary Stampeders and the Saskatchewan Roughriders between 1980 and 1986 and has coached in both college football and the Canadian Football League. Mewata Stadium
Mewata Stadium () was a multi-purpose stadium in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It was the home stadium of the Calgary Stampeders, both before and after the formation of the Canadian Football League in 1958, until they moved to McMahon Stadium for the 1960 season, where the team still plays. The land for Mewata Park was a gift from the Government of Canada. The Mewata Stadium opened in 1906, and by 1919 (if not earlier) had bleachers with a seating capacity of 10,000. Hamilton Tiger-Cats
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are a professional Canadian football team based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. They are currently members of the East Division of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
