(codenamed "22H2"
) is the thirteenth and final major update to Windows 10. It carries the build number 10.0.19045.
Version history
The first preview was released to Insiders who opted in to the Release Preview Channel on July 28, 2022. The update began rolling out on October 18, 2022. Notable changes introduced after the initial public release of the November 2022 Update include:

Upon its rollout, initially, the end of support dates were set to have ended on May 14, 2024 for Home and Pro editions and May 13, 2025 for Education and Enterprise editions. However, on April 27, 2023, both dates have been postponed following Microsoft's confirmation that it will no longer release Windows 10 builds annually. Ultimately, the update will reach end of service on October 14, 2025 for all editions.
Windows 10, version 22H2 is the only Windows 10 update to be eligible for the paid Extended Security Updates (ESU) program, which offers continued security updates until October 13, 2026 for consumers, and October 10, 2028 for businesses and schools.
