He was an investor in SHiRT LLC, one of two owners of Virginia-based CertiPathx which was awarded a $33-million government contract in 2019. Robert Trump married Blaine Beard in 1980. They were divorced in 2009 after he had left his wife for Trump Organization employee Ann Marie Pallan. He married Pallan in early 2020. Robert died on August 15, 2020, at the age of 71. According to ''The New York Times'', he had been having brain bleeds after a recent fall.
