Cyr made two scoreless appearances for the Dodgers before he was placed on the injured list with a right shoulder impingement. He was transferred to the 60-day injured list on May 26. Following the season on October 31, the Dodgers removed Cyr from the 40–man roster and sent him outright to Triple–A. He elected free agency on November 6. On January 24, 2025, Cyr announced his retirement from professional baseball.
