R (R Cable y Telecomunicaciones Galicia, S.A.U.) and Telecable (Telecable de Asturias, S.A.U.) by Euskaltel, the first company merged with the second through absorption, forming a new entity named R Cable y Telecable Telecomunicaciones, S.A.U.
