Synthesis

T-1123 can be produced from m-diethylaminophenol, methyl isocyanate and

. First, m-diethylaminophenol is reacted with methyl isocyanate to produce a methylcarbamate. The resulting methylcarbamate is then reacted with methyl iodide to produce T-1123.
