Stephanie D. Neely is an American finance professional and politician. She served as the City Treasurer of Chicago from December 2006 to December 2014. As of 2025, she is a member of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority.

appointed Neely the Chicago City Treasurer to take office December 4, 2006. A week later, she was confirmed by the Chicago City Council on November 15, 2006. Neely succeeded Judith Rice, who stepped down from the position effective December 1, 2006, to rejoin Daley's administration as a deputy mayor. Pursuant to her role as City Treasurer, Neely maintained a $7 billion portfolio and tracked the balances on all City accounts.
