Early life
He belonged to the Manganhar tribe, and was born to Faqir Faiz Muhammad Manganhar. His early education was from
Mithi. He received musical training from his maternal uncle Hussain Fakir. He sang at the school functions and later at weddings in Thar and other parts of Sindh.
Education
Sadiq Faqir received his primary education in his hometown. Later his family settled in Mithi where he got further education. He did his master's degrees in
Physical education and
Sindhi literature.
Career
He started his career as a singer from Radio Pakistan, a section of the
Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation

He died in a road accident on 26 Feb. 2015 in Saudi Arabia while he was on his way to perform
Umrah in
