History

, was founded in 1974, and has 20,000 exhibits including collections of agricultural implements and machinery, fishing equipment, and pottery.
The oldest buildings in the village are the Holy Paraskeva Orthodox Church. The current stone building replaced a wooden structure from 1673 and was constructed in 1801. It had a wooden belfry added in 1839, and was extended in length in 1884.
