The Reformed Christian Church in Croatia (the ''Reformirana kršćanska kalvinska Crkva u Hrvatskoj'' in
Croatian) became an autonomous church in 1993, following the disintegration of Yugoslavia. Croatia became an independent state. The first organising Synod was held in
