Rafael Nieto Navia (5 February 1938 – 4 December 2024) was a Colombian jurist and political scientist.

, D.C. to Eduardo Nieto Umaña (1904–1946) and Teresa Navia Harker (1904–1991). He married María Teresa Loaiza Cubides on 28 August 1965. They had four children: Rafael, Juan Carlos, Pablo, and María Teresa.
Nieto died on 4 December 2024, at the age of 86.
