Bagatsing is the son of actor Ramon "Boy" Bagatsing, Jr. and Marilou San Diego. He is the younger brother of actor Raymond Bagatsing and actress Monina Bagatsing. Bagatsing's paternal grandfather is the former Manila City MayorRamon Bagatsing
