In 2021, Justin Perry became the principal at Marshall County High School. The school has a wide range of classes and activities, including sports such as football, girls and boys basketball, cross country, golf, baseball, softball, swim, girls and boys’ soccer, bowling, and wrestling. Arts offered include chorus, marching band, theater and drama, Yearbook, art, and even AP Photography. Clubs that are currently available at MCHS are Student Council, FBLA, FCA, Educators Rising, Beta Club, T4, Page Turners Book Club, Dungeons & Dragons Club, History Club, and Drama Club. The Student Council has been very successful, as well the school’s Renaissance program which has fostered many successful school events such as rallies, theme days, rewards for students and teachers, and showcases for talent such as the renowned MCHS Lip Sync Battle, of which Coach Stanley, Mr. Newton, and Mr. Hillis hold the record of 3 consecutive, undefeated wins before they retired from active competition to the role of judges.
