History

In 1931, Cape May Point School District closed its only school and began sending students to Lower Township schools. Currently Cape May Point sends to Cape May City Elementary School.


Awards and recognition

Maud Abrams School was recognized by Governor Jim McGreevey in 2003 as one of 25 schools selected statewide for the First Annual Governor's School of Excellence award.
